The CD-C603 plays music very clearly and dynamically. The CD-C603's advanced internal layout has been further optimized, delivering even higher sound quality.
In addition to CDs, you can also play music files (MP3, WMA, AAC, WAV, FLAC) stored on USB memory devices via a front-panel USB port.
The CD-C603 supports Pure Direct – the same popular feature found in Yamaha amplifiers and receivers. Pressing the button on the front panel or remote control turns off the digital audio output and display. This results in the lowest possible noise interference and therefore the highest possible sound quality from the analog audio output.
Play X Change allows you to change CDs while the current CD continues to play. Enjoy music uninterrupted while your favorite CDs are changed. In addition, the CD-C603 has a disc tray that can be fully opened for changing 5 CDs at the same time.
